First you will need to download podcasting software - once installed, you just need to add the podcast feed (listed above). Then the program will automatically download the podcasts to your computer. There are many FREE programs that work with podcasts, including

How do I subscribe to this podcast in iTunes?
Launch iTunes and click the Advanced menu at the top. Scroll down to Subscribe to a Podcast and enter the podcast URL listed above. The podcast feed will then be listed under "Podcasts" and you'll be able to download and sync the podcasts to your mobile device.
The podcast audio file is loading, but I can’t hear any audio?
Check the volume on your computer by clicking on the audio icon in the taskbar. Ensure the mute button is not checked. Alternately, check the volume on your speakers or headphones.
What is an .mp3 file?
An .mp3 file is the most popular form of compressed audio files. It is close to ten (10) times smaller in size than a regular music file (.wav). Mp3 files can be played back on the computer using popular music players like iTunes, Windows Media Player, Real Player, etc. It can also be played on a portable MP3 player like an iPod or similar.
