NSIC Player of the Year
#10 Laura Snyder (S/RS, 6-1, Jr., Ham Lake, Minn. / Blaine HS)
Northern State University

- Ranks eighth in the NSIC in attack percentage (.331) and kills per set (4.08)
- Leads Northern State this season with 385 total kills, averaging 4.14 per set with a .354 attack percentage
- Sits in the top-20 nationally in season kills and points per set
- Recorded the 1,000th kill of her career as a junior this season
- Three-time All-NSIC first team recipient & the 2017 NSIC Freshman of the Year
 
NSIC Libero of the Year
#15 Clara Krenz (L, Sr., Oakdale, Minn. / North St. Paul HS)
St. Cloud State University

- Led the NSIC in digs (379) and digs/set (5.57) vs. conference opponents
- Ranks tenth in total aces (22) and 12th in aces/set (.32)
- Led the NSIC in overall digs (554) and digs/set (5.89) and ranks No. 9 in the nation in digs/set (5.89)
- Recorded 20+ digs in 12 NSIC matches this season
- Three-time NSIC Defensive Player of the Week in 2019
- 2018 Libero of the Year, first SCSU player to repeat in any major award category
- Broke the school record for career digs (2116)
- First player in program history to eclipse the 2000 career digs mark

NSIC Freshman of the Year
#8 Jasmine Mulvihill (OH/RS, 5-11, Fr., Lakeville, Minn. / South  HS)
Concordia University, St. Paul

- Collected a league-leading 310 kills in conference play while her 4.49 kills per set rank second
- Also ranks 14th in hitting percentage (.311) and 19th in blocks per set (0.74)
- Has reached double figures in kills in all 18 NSIC matches, including five with 20 or more
- Has collected five double-doubles, including the first 20-20 effort for the program since 2011 in a win over WSC
- Her 4.10 kills per set on the season are seventh-most in the DII-era at CSP
- Three-time NSIC Player of the Week (9/16, 10/28 & 11/4)

NSIC Coach of the Year
Chad Braegelmann (5th Season)
St. Cloud State University

- First volleyball coach from St. Cloud State to receive NSIC Coach of the Year honors
- Led St. Cloud State to its best NSIC (13-5) and overall record (21-5) since joining the conference in 2008
- Helped the team earn its first AVCA Top-25 ranking since 1997… led the Huskies to a top-10 ranking for the first time since 1996
- SCSU ranked in the top-10 in the conference in nearly every statistical category and led the NSIC in digs/set average (18.44)
- Mentored two Husky student-athletes to top-10 national rankings (Maddy Torve – assists/set; Clara Krenz – digs/set)
- Led the team to six victories over nationally ranked opponents
- Led the Huskies to a 12-2 record at home in 2019
