MINNETONKA, Minn. – The Winona State tennis team will play for the NSIC Tournament title after beating Upper Iowa 5-2 in the tournament semifinals late Saturday.

The Warriors will face Augustana at 12:30 pm Sunday for a chance to bring home the conference crown.

WSU put itself up after doubles play, with the tandems of Laura Lindstrand and Jessica Urban and Laura Roesslein and Leah Koehler earning victories for a 2-1 Warrior lead.

The Warriors received victories from Erin Kappers, Leah Dahl and Koehler in doubles action to finish off the Peacocks.
